Cookie Policy

RecrutFlo uses essential cookies for authentication, session security, fraud prevention, account protection and service operation. These are required for the application to work, are not used for advertising, and do not require consent under applicable ePrivacy rules because they are strictly necessary to provide a service the user has requested.

The cookie consent banner stores the user's preference in browser local storage so the banner does not appear on every visit. Clearing browser storage or changing device may reset this preference. A "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer reopens the same control at any time, so the choice can be reviewed or changed without waiting for it to reappear on its own.

With your consent, RecrutFlo uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, navigation and key product actions so the service and marketing can be improved. Before consent, Google Analytics operates in advanced consent mode with analytics storage denied: it does not read or write Analytics cookies and receives only cookieless measurement signals. When you choose Essential only, optional Analytics cookies and detailed product events remain disabled.

Analytics may process the page path, page title, referring source, campaign parameters, browser and device information, approximate location derived by Google and pseudonymous identifiers. Basic measurement is limited to the page path and permitted campaign parameters. RecrutFlo deliberately excludes URL tokens, arbitrary query strings, account details, mailbox content, CV data, candidate data and search terms from analytics events. Cookieless requests may necessarily transmit technical request information such as browser details and IP address to Google, but Google states that Analytics does not log or store the IP address.

Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled. Analytics is not used to score candidates, profile candidates, make recruitment decisions or sell personal data.

You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer. This disables optional Analytics storage and detailed product events and RecrutFlo attempts to remove its Google Analytics cookies from the current browser; basic cookieless page measurement continues.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA and may involve Google LLC and Google infrastructure outside the EEA under Google's applicable data-protection safeguards. Google's own privacy information governs its processing as a service provider.

Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies on Stripe-hosted payment pages or payment components. Those payment technologies are governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy notices, not by RecrutFlo.

RecrutFlo's hosting, database and email-delivery provider (Hostinger) may use technical logs where necessary to operate its infrastructure; these are not cookies placed in the user's browser.

For EU users, optional non-essential cookies are handled in line with GDPR and applicable ePrivacy rules. Essential cookies are used only where necessary to provide a service requested by the user.

For UK users, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and UK GDPR expectations may apply. UK-specific consent wording and regulator references should be reviewed before a dedicated UK launch.
